Ingredients

CHICKEN

2 pounds chicken wings
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup sesame oil

WHITE SAUCE

¾ cup Japanese mayonnaise
⅓ cup rice wine vinegar
½ teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
¼ teaspoon hot sauce
¼ teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon ginger powder
¼ teaspoon granulated garlic
½ teaspoon horseradish

Preparation
  1. Add chicken, soy sauce and sesame oil to a large bowl. Toss to coat, refrigerate and marinate for 2 hours.
  2. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, hot sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, sugar, ginger powder, garlic and horseradish to a large bowl. Whisk to combine and set aside.
  3. Remove wings from marinade and pat dry.
  4. Heat grill on high and add chicken, turning occasionally, moving to medium indirect heat to cook fully, about 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from the grill and toss in white sauce to evenly coat them. Return to the grill for another 5 minutes. Remove and serve.
